REFUND POLICY

Each piece is made by hand, and slight variations in size, shape, and details are part of what makes each one special. I do my best to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible, so please take a moment to look through the listing before purchasing, and always feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.

All sales are final. Ceramics can be difficult to assess for damage once they’ve been handled or used, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. This allows me to make sure every piece leaving my studio has been carefully inspected and is in its original condition.

I hope your new piece finds a happy place in your home and becomes something you love to use every day.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take a photo of any damaged items, with the packaging it arrived in, and email to megan@meganbrownceramics.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

LOST PACKAGES

Once we send out your order, it is in the hands of the servicer of your choosing. Please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number to get more information on the location of your package or to file a claim.

PRODUCT CARE

All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, however, handwashing is ideal.
