Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days via the servicer of your choosing at checkout: UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are determined by weight, delivery time, and location and automatically calculate at checkout. Orders of multiple items ship together in one box. Orders over $99 ship free to the US.

For orders shipped with USPS, it’s normal for tracking to take a day or two to update due to a recent USPS processing policy change ( Dec '25). Your package is still on its way!

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot claim responsibility for delays due to customs.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Are you in or around Sonoma County/North Bay and you want to avoid shipping fees? Email me at megan@meganbrownceramics.com for information on free local pickup from my studio.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take a photo of any damaged items, with the packaging it arrived in, and email to megan@meganbrownceramics.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

I am not responsible for incorrectly input shipping addresses. I ship to the address you provide and we cannot provide refunds for this reason. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchasing. 

LOST PACKAGES 

Once I send out your order, it is in the hands of the servicer of your choosing. Please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number to get more information on the location of your package or to file a claim.
